Direct beach front with expansive views of the Gulf from the extended lanai. The entire condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded and has been outfitted with all new furniture and furnishings. There is also assigned, covered parking available underneath the building. Start the morning off with coffeeas the sun rises and continuing your day watching the dolphins playing in the surf, island life doesn't get better than this. Sanibel Surfside is conveniently located at the East end of the island which allows for easy access to the causeway and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The complex offers great amenities including pool, tennis courts, shuffle boards, clubhouse and grills*.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & 1 rollaway Twin bed (sleeps 5), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, screened-in lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
