Pointe Santo - Completely Remodeled Direct Gulf Front Luxury Condo

Beautiful, clean and welcoming! We loved every minute. Kitchen well stocked, huge TV, we felt very comfortable there, didn't want to leave. The view is amazing! Great service too.

The host was very pleasant and replied promptly. The condo was very nice except for a spot in the floor where the vinyl plank was cracked. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided which was a nice extra. It would be nice to be provided a few extra trash bags and dishwasher pods so these things wouldn’t have to be purchased.

The amenities were excellent. The Condo was also excellent. Loved the location on Sanibel. Great walking paths, on the beach, great eating opportunities.

The unit was perfect! You can’t beat the location - and check in was super easy. We will try to stay here again!

A beautiful unit with an amazing view. We had a few minor issues, but everything was quickly resolved by excellent property managers and the most responsive owner that,in over 15 years,I have delt with. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation,this is the place!

We had an amazing week in Sanibel! Your condo was exactly what I hoped it would be when I booked it: clean, beautifully decorated, elevator access (a first for me & now I'm spolied), and a view that made the whole trip!We were going to be arriving later than planned & I messaged Erik & he responded back within a matter of minutes.Thank you for offering your home at such an incredible price! We will definitely be back!

The condo was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. We appreciated the owners’ closet having chairs and umbrellas available for use. The pool and beach were steps from the condo and we didn’t even mind the slight construction noise. We loved it!

Great week long stay. Great location and beachfront. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. We didn't try the other ones. Opportunities for improvement: kitchen could use things like a pizza pan and pizza cutter. The sharp knives were rusty. Would be nice if basic things like salt and pepper were available. The dryer wasn't working properly and the dishwasher had no power. We didn't bother during the stay to deal with it and let the property manager know upon checkout. The master bathroom sink water (left side) smells badly of mold/mildew when you turn it on. There was some dust in certain areas (bathrooms) and kitchen mits had fresh food spots on them from previous guest. The place was clean overall, but it may be time for a deep clean. Check-in was confusing. Maybe I missed an email with the instructions. But we didn't know we were supposed to go to an offsite office and pickup check in packet.

We enjoyed our stay! The decor is very nice, new and relaxing. The kitchen, mainly the cabinets, smelled very musty so we decided not to cook much, but it is well stocked with everything you need. There is a lot of construction, but the condo faces the Gulf and the view is beautiful. Several outside pictures in the listing are not current and do not show the amount of construction by the pool area, but it is so nice to see Pointe Santo rebuilding. We were so happy to be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

The condo was beautiful, from the furnishings to the views. Even a nice assortment of beach equipment was provided. The owner was honest and offered information about the current status of the complex. Also offered suggestions on places to eat. Can't say enough about how easy it was to communicate with the owner.
