There is access to the pool area from 3 parts of the house including from the main bedroom. There is a pool bath and an outdoor shower which is great when returning from the beach. WeberGrill is available for a cookout. For the Golfers we have five golf courses in our community all within three to ten minute drive. Amazing beaches restaurants very close to the house.Area is a vibrant beach town with activities and events going on all the time within a short drive. Area has many walking and biking trails within the community. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas , bikes, fishing poles, coolers, and other items are stored in the garage for your use. House has a new pool/ spa heater ( pool heated for an additional fee.) The Primary’s suite is separated from guest bedrooms for extra privacy. House is also equipped with a desk and chair combined with great high speed internet make a great remote work spot. The community also has a park with tennis and pickle ball courts for your use.
