Tons of closet space. Unit is relatively large at 1375 sq ft.brbrA large leather sectional anchors the living room and sits across from a 65 inch smart TV and an inviting electric fireplace. The dining room seats six and seats 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has solid wood cabinets and Cambria Quartz countertops. Both bedrooms have 55 inch flat screen smart TVs mounted to the wall. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen with a twin bunk on top. New sliding doors were installed that allow for maximum open space in both the main bedroom and the living room. Balcony has comfortable seating and dining areas as well as an incredibly comfortable double day bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler will be available for your use. There's a fully equipped kitchen to stay in to cook & use the grill in the courtyard or eat out at the many area restaurants. One of my favorites is Conch Republic, which is within walking distance! brAlso, the condo is located a short distance to many activities & shopping along Gulf Blvd, including less than 10 mins south to John's Pass. Plus it's close to Clearwater with many activities, and Treasure Island/St. Petersburg. Also available is the trolley that goes by about every 1/2 hour that will take you to many popular sites in the area. brThe Redington Beach Town Park is located next to the condo complex. The park includes a basketball court, soccer field, shuffle board, picnic tables, and outside gym.brThis is a non-smoking and no pets condo unit. There is free parking at the complex in the front or back of the buildings. There is no assigned parking & only 1 car per unit. brCondo accommodates a coffee station with a Keurig, and plenty of kitchen dishes/glasses/cookware. Plus beach chairs/towels/umbrella/blanket and coolers for a great day at the beach! I will continue to add or replace items needed to make this a comfortable & enjoyable stay for every guest! Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it.
