Stayed Aug 4, 2024It was a great stay. The only thing is that there were children in the condo complex. I was under the impression it was a child free area, but i may have misinterpreted the information.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Location is good. Literally 2 min across Gulf Blvd to beach. Comfortable bed, pillows and love seat. Best part for people flying in, beach equipment and towels are provided!! Beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and a few toys. Loved it! The room is basically a hotel room but there is room to move. Kitchen is tiny but has everything you need. Great communication with owners. Common area and pool are very nice with lovely lamp posts to provide light in the evening. This property is not high end but they have thought of everything, are friendly, it's safe, great location and wonderful value.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The unit was very clean, had everything - seriously, everything - we needed and more! The host was great to work with and communication was timely. The location was perfect for our needs, right across the street from the beach, great pool, parking was great. All of our questions answered quickly and if we'd read the guest book first, because it covered everything.. Highly recommended

Stayed Jun 7, 2024My best friend and I had a girls weekend. This was the perfect place in the perfect location. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is there and it is a quick walk across the street to the beach. The pool is nice and the courtyard was always quiet. The room is small, but for two people, it was enough. The bed is comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I would stay there again!

Stayed Jan 31, 2024As long as you’re OK with a very small sink, two burners that work well, a microwave and a toaster oven, this studio is a great place for one person. There are plenty of towels, including beach towels, two beach chairs and a wagon. The beach is right across the street. The pool is heated and well cared for. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We have stayed at several condos in this complex and this is one of the nicest. It is affordable and in good proximity to the things we want to do - very close to the beach and walkable to some nice restaurants. The host supplied some toiletries and coffee (very nice!) and best of all, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was nice and warm even when the weather wasn't! Thank you!
