For security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior cameras, including one on the garage facing the driveway, another overlooking the pool equipment (but not the pool itself), and a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance, which actively captures both audio and video. These devices have the ability to actively record, but they are used solely for security and property protection. Views of the surveillance cameras are detailed in the Guest Manual. brbrTo ensure a well-maintained and enjoyable stay, our property receives routine exterior care, including pool service, lawn maintenance, and periodic pest control. Additionally, our property manager stops by twice a week to check pool levels and manage trash bins. These services are expected to take place during business hours only, with no entry into the home.
