A brand new 30+feet above ground heated pool too! Pool is private and fenced off. Pool has a deck with a locking gate.brPool has a canopy above it for half shade. We are also located only 5 miles from the famous Warm Mineral Springs, and only about 20 minutes from the beaches. The mall is a mile away and so is the down town, less than a mile there is a bowling, and kids and dog parks. There is a fun kids center called Kidstar Park less than 10 minutes away that has glow in the dark golfing, go karts at the race track, arcade, and indoor kids play ground.
