Waterfront Paradise with heated saltwater pool and amazing views gulf access

Loved the property and location. Amenities were excellent and the host was very helpful and responsive! 10/10 I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children just rang in the New Year at this AMAZING house in Port Charlotte. You know when you see a beautiful house listed on VRBO, and you hope it comes close to what the photos represent? Well this house exceeds all expectations. It is even more gorgeous in person.We were greeted with a fabulous welcome basket with lots of NYE goodies.Beata, the host, is the most responsive host and a joy to talk to. She has thought of everything. This is the most well appointed home. The bathrooms and the kitchen are stocked with everything you need. Very impressive.The house is absolutely beautiful and CLEAN with very tasteful and new furnishings. The appliances all seemed to be new. We had a two yr old with us. There is a very large closet off of the primary bedroom upstairs. This is where we put her pack n play and it was the perfect spot for quiet naps and going to bed early. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The only full bath is in one of the bedrooms. There is a powder room on the main floor between the other two bedrooms. This did not present an issue for our group, as it was all siblings. The pool area and the multiple outdoor seating areas are stunning. The house also comes with kayaks and lots of pool accessories and toys. The house has a dock if you want to bring your boat (we ended up renting a boat instead of bringing ours). We found lots of great lunch spots to go to by boat. We are already planning a return visit!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home over the holiday with family and friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the beginning, the communication with the owners was top-notch. They responded to all of our questions and requests within minutes, which made everything so easy and stress-free.The home itself is even more stunning than described! It’s clear the owners have recently remodeled, and the updates are gorgeous. The space is bright, modern, and incredibly well-maintained. The highlight, without a doubt, is the backyard pool area. It truly feels like a private resort oasis. We spent hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun, and taking in the beautiful surroundings – a perfect spot for creating memories.A small detail worth mentioning is that there are only two showers connected to the two master bedrooms, with a half bath off the living area as well. This means some bedrooms share the two master bathrooms. For our group, this wasn’t an issue at all, and we had no problems coordinating shower time.Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area. From first entering the home, to walking outside by the pool you realize the tropical feel from pictures is real. Very clean, comfortable beds, nicely heated pool, and multiple entertaining levels makes you feel you’re at a resort. The only thing better than the house is the support team of Beata and Mario who addressed any and all issues in a timely and professional manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here or at another property managed by these two. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy the home.

The house was so clean and nice, beautiful yard with a tropical setting and a really nice pool!! The restaurants in Punta Gorda, just across the bridge we’re very good, fisherman’s village was great, and the pioneer pizza in Port Charlotte delivered and had some of the best pizza and wings we have had! The dock was clean and worked with our large boat, we were able to explore the Charlotte Harbor all the way to north Capitiva and Boca Grande. One thing to mention is that the owner was very quick to reply, the house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, and even little toothpastes. This was super nice!! Even a thank you note with some wine and chocolates was on the table and water in the fridge. Thank you again!!!

Beautiful home! Well maintained and very private back yard with pool and trees. Love this place! We will be back.

This four bedroom home was very clean and perfect for our family - lots of space. The pool was very nice right out back. Punta Gorda was right across the bridge with yummy restaurants and some fun live music bars too. The manager of the property gets five stars.

It exceeded all expectations and we’re already planning our trip back next year.
