Please make sure the number of guests on the reservation is accurate. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Early check-in or late checkout may be subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

Again no smoking of any type which will be a fee of $500. Any cigarette butts will be an additional fee of $50.
Follow all house rules including take trash from the house and to the curb on Sunday.
Strip beds and put towels in the bathtub except comforter. Don't leave leftover food, please run dishwasher. Absolutely No glass around pool $250 fine and no diving.
Nothing other than toilet paper and what come out of you are allowed in toilet. Clogged toilet is a $100.
