The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet, and a beautiful private bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate deep garden tub for soaking your cares away. His and hers sinks, stainless fixtures, and ship lap siding give the bathroom a modern chic feel. The second ocean front bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.brbrOutside, you will find a screened patio with more seating so you can enjoy meals in the fresh air. This patio is fully covered overhead, offering you plenty of shade, while still being able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The back yard is made of beach sand and natural sea oats. This roomy 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently remodeled! All of the bedrooms and the living areas are located on the 2nd floor, which means that you will have incredible views of the beach and ocean from just about anywhere in the house. The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying the company of friends and family. Dolphin Dunes will comfortably sleep 8 adults. There are two bedrooms on the ocean side of the house. Each has a queen bed, and magnificent views of the ocean. These beachside rooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for teens or single adults. Each bedrooms feature high quality linens, towels, and comfortable beds. There 3 bathrooms total. Two upstairs and one one the beach level. One has a shower/bath tub combination, and the other two have walk-in showers. The bedrooms are in each corner of the house. The north bedrooms share the north bathroom, and the south bedrooms share the south bathroom. The third bathroom can be entered from the main level and or the beach.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped and is nice and spacious. It opens up to the living room and the dining area. The breakfast bar in the kitchen seats 6, plus there is seating for 8 at the dining table. The living room is bright and airy and features plenty of seating, a desk for working, and a wet bar. The living room has a 65″ Roku Smart TV with plenty of local and specialty channels. The fireplace is decorative only (non-functioning). There are also Roku TVs in the two roadside bedrooms. There is high speed Xfinity WIFI throughout the house.brbrSpanning the width of the house is a covered, oceanfront balcony. It can be accessed from the living room and both of the ocean-side bedrooms. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the beach, while keeping cool in the shade. We have several lounge chairs and more dining seating on the balcony. The balcony leads down to your private beach access, and has an out door shower for rinsing off the sand. When you come in from the beach, there is also a full bathroom with a shower on the ground level, as well as the laundry room. The two-car garage offers plenty of enclosed parking. Here you will find beach chairs for you to take to the sand. A perfect spot to enjoy a cup of joe! The living room is spacious and roomy with a extra large flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 8 more spots at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need! It has both, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a separate ice maker, and plenty of cookware for making large meals. A small bedroom, with a queen size bed, is located off the main level, along with a half bath.brbrThe third level houses a loft with a small desk area, and the Primary Suite. It boasts two primary suites. PerbrbrbrbrWhen you enter the home, you will immediately be met with the views of the ocean just behind the house. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open to each other, providing a great space for friends and family to gather together. The spacious kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large farmhouse sink, and beautiful views of the beach. The eat-in kitchen has dinner seating for 6. The living room area has a sofa and love seat with seating for 5. Also on the ground level is the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed, TV, daybed, and views of the ocean and beach. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower.brbrbrbrUpstairs are three more bedrooms, each with ocean views and access to the 2nd floor oceanfront balcony. On the lower level deck, you’ll find plenty of seating facing the ocean. In the afternoon, as the sun finds its way to the west side of the house, the back deck becomes shaded. Did we mention that “Shore Beats Work” is pet friendly On the north side of the house is a fully fenced area that is perfect for letting your pooch do her business (please clean up after them). The house has four bedrooms, three baths, and with the fold out couch, can accommodate up to ten people. The house is perfect for extended families and friends. Rentals of 7 nights or longer receive a ten percent discount.brbrAlthough we are only a few minutes away from Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach, we are on one of the most isolated beaches in Florida, which makes it perfect for an uncrowded, family vacation. The house is bordered north and south by single family, oceanfront homes, and on the west by a huge, uninhabited nature preserve. Just a few steps to the east is the Atlantic Ocean, with beautiful sunrises and the sound of endless waves. The closest public accesses are nearly a mile in either direction, and with no motorized vehicles allowed, you'll only see a few walkers looking for shells and sharks' teeth. brbrThis is a roomy, comfortable, two-story home with four bedrooms (king, king, queen, and twins) and three full bathrooms. Three bedrooms, with King, Queen and Twin beds and two bathrooms are located upstairs; the other King bedroom and bath, along with a large game room which has a sofa-bed, are located downstairs. The two floors and two common areas provide a lot of separation, which can be nice with even the closest of families (i.e. teenagers vs. adults, or working vs. relaxing). It is perfect for the extended family, and can handle multiple generations with ease.brbrThe house has a full-size kitchen, with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away, providing big savings on the traveling food budget compared to dining out.brbrOutside, it's only a few steps to the beach. There are plenty of chairs, a fenced in courtyard with gas grille, outside hot/cold showers and covered area for some shade. Just a great beach location! The fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, playroom, downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms overlook the Atlantic Ocean; and comfortable first and second floor decks overlooking the ocean can give guests a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the water. This beautiful 4 bedroom oceanfront home is located in the heart of South Ponte Vedra Beach. Inside and out, you will find bright, open spaces that are great for gathering your friends and family. It is located right on A1A, is across from a secluded marsh (no homes across the street), and is less than 15 minutes from historic Downtown St. Augustine and world famous Sawgrass golf course and country club!brbrUpon entering the house, take the split staircase up to the main level of the home (2nd floor). Here you will find a welcoming living room complete with two sofas, large wall mounted TV, and views of the Atlantic horizon. One of the best spots in the house is the dining area, as it sits in the northeast corner of the house and has six picture windows offering views all the way up the beach and out into the ocean. The dining table comfortably seats 8. There is bar seating for three more at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is very roomy and features all stainless appliances, including an oven, microwave, toaster oven, and an in-island flat-top stove. The kitchen is fully stocked so the chef in your group can make all of your favorite meals.brbrThe master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. Being on the ocean side of the house, you will wake up to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean every morning! This bedroom features a welcoming king bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and a large TV. There is a large en-suite bathroom that has his-and-hers sinks, a huge garden tub, and a separate shower. There are plenty of drawers and cabinets for you to store any personal items. The 2nd floor balcony is spacious, spanning the width of the house. It has several Adirondack chairs and parts of the balcony are shaded during the afternoons. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. There is also a powder room/half bath off of the living room.brbrDownstairs, on the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both bedrooms have dressers, ceiling fans, and TVs. The king bedroom is on the front side of the house and the queen bedroom is on the ocean side. These bedrooms share an adjoining Jack-and-Jill bathroom which has a toilet, sink, and shower. Just across the hall from the queen bedroom is another full bathroom. This bathroom also has a sink, toilet, and shower. This bathroom is great for rinsing off when coming in from the beach. It is also the bathroom that would most likely be used for showering for guests from the 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor, as there is only a half bath up there. Also on the first floor is a laundry room and a secondary refrigerator/freezer.brbrThe 2nd floor has a tight spiral staircase that leads up to the bedroom on the 3rd floor. This bedroom is usually used by kids or teens. It has a queen bed and two twin beds. There is a half bath with a sink and toilet. There is NOT a shower on this floor. The most likely bathroom for guests staying the 4th bedroom is to use the full bathroom on the 1st floor. The 4th bedroom has two small balconies; one looking west over the Guana Preserve (perfect for sunset views), and the other looking east over the Atlantic. Please note that the exercise bike and gym equipment is not available for guest use.brbrThe ground level patio area is expansive and a great place for everyone to gather.
