Oceanfront House with Private Beach, Patio, and Gameroom

We had an amazing stay at the house. The location was unbeatable, directly on the beach but in the quiet part of South Ponte Vedra. Everything was very clean and the house was as advertised. Definitely would stay again!

The house was incredible, and the host was exceptional! The beach access was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be booking this house again for future stays!

It was perfection. The house was roomy for all nine of us and the kitchen was stocked and roomy for all the cooking we did.We love the area because it’s so private and relaxing. The outdoor are was exceptional. We had a wonderful week and this property was exactly what we needed.We will be back!

The house we stayed in was very nice. We were steps from the water which was very helpful with the children and other beach equipment we had to take down.

This house is perfect, especially when traveling with teenagers or young adults. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The view is amazing! You feel like you are on the beach while in the house! Tom was so welcoming and easy to communicate with if you should need anything.Overall great place!

The house was perfect for us! It was in a great location, peaceful, clean, and with plenty of room for all 8 of us. It was a short drive to St. Augustine, and we loved visiting the nature preserve behind the house (the entrance is about a mile away). We loved the outdoor space, which provided shade all day, and the outdoor shower! Communication was easy and timely. We have stayed in many beach houses over the years, and the vote was unanimous that this was the best one!

Tom's house is in a great location! You can walk off the deck into the sand. The ocean is his backyard. You can hear the waves when you go to sleep at night. We caught several species of fish, some we cooked and ate. Can't get any fresher than that! The nature preserve across the street is worth a visit. We drove into St. Augustine and had a couple of great dinners. The Spanish restaurant was the best. You will not regret staying at Tom's house!

We had a total of eight in our family group and wanted a home by the ocean. This home is very spacious and only ten steps away from the beach. It allows your friends and family to spread out, enjoy playing games and eating together. Great location, near shopping and downtown.If you like walks on the beach and the water you found the right place!

Great location on the beachfront and perfect for a single family vacation. We stayed in September and the weather and water was a great temperature to be outside all day long. Recommend this spot.

Our family (6 adults; 4 kids) had an unbelievable stay at Tom’s property. The beach is secluded and the house is as close to the water as you can possibly get. The amenities in the house were great as we were able to split families between the upstairs and downstairs. We all loved the pool table and the outdoor shower, which made our evenings chill. The homeowner was awesome and attended to all our needs. Can’t wait to stay again!

The location was beyond expectations. We were there for Memorial Day week and there were never more than fifty people within eyesight up and down the beach. Many times there were no people within eyesight. The house is literally ten steps from the beach. The only negative is that the house was not clean. Granted I am a type a person, but when my type b teenage daughter says it’s not clean then it needs a deep clean. The homeowner went above and beyond to make our stay nice. He checked on us to make sure we got there and during our stay. He also had the house stocked with all of the basics, like paper products, body soap, clothes soap, cleaning products. Overall this was one of our families best trips!
