This was the perfect location for our family to stay. Close to Publix, The Reef, Aunt Kate’s and Beaches restaurants.Our host responded quickly to our requests.

Beautiful beach views. Quiet private beach with quick access to downtown St Augustine. Great bedroom setups all around.

The house itself was just amazing! The view is stunning and the house has everything you could ask for! Very comfortable!

Everything was great! Misti was a wonderful host. The house was perfect and had so many amenities. We loved playing ping pong, walking right out to the beach and playing board games on the big dining room table. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable that you woke each morning ready for a new day!

Location, location, location. Direct access to a quiet section of the beach. Easy access to St. Augustine. Hiking at state park 10m to the north. Clean property with modern kitchen and bathrooms. All amenities as advertised. Property is showing some minor exterior aging due to beach wear and tear. Would stay here again.

Ocean access and view were phenomenal!! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive!

While the house itself is nice, we found that the cleaning and mattresses need attention.

Our entire family of 15 had plenty of room to “spread out” and enjoy a wonderful week together. The kitchen is well equipped; the large dining table allowed us to share meals together, as well as play games, etc. The outdoor decks overlook the ocean, which add to the beauty of the delightful setting. Sunrise is especially beautiful. Our teenagers loved the downstairs game room with ping pong table and other games. This is one of our favorite places to visit as a family…ages 3 to 75! The beach in front of the house is lovely and uncrowded. Our hosts were very helpful and kind. THANK YOU, Misti and Ron!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our group. Beach view and access is superb. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand toys. Owner was prompt and helpful in communicating. Highly recommend for families and groups!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout was great and we really enjoyed the garage and game room during rainy afternoons. The hot tub was also a plus with the kids!

Property was as soon in pictures. Loved the large eating area,3 1/2 baths were great. Liked the shaded porch in afternoon. Beach was spectacular

This is a beautiful location and a very comfortable house. Rooms are very spacious. Kids loved the game room. The beach view was beautiful. We saw dolphins from the back deck and had three turtle nests right in front of the house. It was a lovely week.

This home is perfect for families right on the beach! We loved our stay and going into to downtown St Augustine. It was everything advertised, wish we could have stayed longer :)

Our group, consisting of myself, my mom, two of my aunts, my cousin and my Nana, traveled from Montana to Ponte Vedra to celebrate my Nana’s 80th birthday! The house and location couldn’t have met our needs and exceeded them more! Having 6 women, the layout of the house, separation of rooms and room options, multiple options for bathrooms, etc. was perfect for us as we weren’t all always on top of each other but could easily come together in shared areas. The access to the beach and views was definitely the main attraction for the house! It was super easy for my Nana to just walk outside and be right on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted for her and we got to have gorgeous views day in and out… even seeing some dolphins!! I figured we’d be hot all the time and not use the hottub, but in the evenings as it cooled off some, it was the perfect way for us all to relax after the days’ adventures and chat! We had some difficulty with one of the bathrooms and the host was super responsive and got a plumber out and the issue fixed within hours that same day while we were out exploring! The host was very kind, very responsive, gave very clear guidance and information and all of our needs were very much met and all of our wants on top of it! I woukd 100% recommend this place to anyone and we woukd for sure stay again! Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved this home. Pictures are accurate and it is well maintained. Right on the beach and hot tub was excellent. Everything worked. Kitchen is more than stocked. Ground level playroom helped older adults find peace! Unlike many rentals- the beds felt great. Only minor downside is that all the houses sit right on A1A and speed limit seems high to be turning in the homes. Quiet inside though- ocean sounds were all you could hear. It was not busy on the beach- we felt like we owned it! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!!!

The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the beach location and proximity to St. Augustine, restaurants and stores. We would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at Seascape! Being right on the beach made this trip so fun for all the kids and the adults. The house had a ton of beach chairs and toys that we all enjoyed. Plenty of room in the house for 3 different families to comfortably enjoy. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to make meals at the house instead of going out, which we did a lot! Easy drive into St. Augustine. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Seascape. The views were amazing. We travelled with friends and everyone had a lot of space. The game room in the the basement is super fun, we used it a lot due to some rainy days. The communication with Misti was great. She immediately helped with any question. We would love to come back!

I cannot say enough good about this property and the management. I have rented lots of VRBO homes before, but this place was everything advertised and more. The home was clean, appealing and had an attractive beach vibe. The property owner was very quick to respond and make sure everything was in order and ready for our stay. I wanted beach towels and beach chairs and she made sure we had plenty of both for our group. There were sand toys that the children had such fun with. The hot tub was hot and functioned well. The beach access was prime and we had the beach to ourselves pretty much the entire time we were there. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and all of the beds were very comfortable. We truly utilized all of the amenities. The ping pong table was a popular activity along with gathering shells on the beach and playing in the ocean. This property is located close to groceries and activities in St. Augustine which made it convenient to leave and explore the old town and historic sites. My family had the best time together and the facility made the difference. If we ever return to St. Augustine, we will stay in this home!

Beautiful well equipped home in a perfect location. Close to St Augustine, and several other attractions, but not too close! Host was clear and easy to work with. Would recommend this house to anyone.

We loved the location and space of the home. The owners were great to respond.

We had a lovely four night stay over the long Labor Day weekend. Our extended family of nine from 11-years-old to 72 had a wondrrful time together. The layout of the house worked well and access to the beach is very close.

Amazing view The house has just about everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach and it’s also close to shopping and restaurants. My wife loves sitting in the hot tub and just looking out at the view.

There were some water bugs and ants that we had to deal with. There were 14 of us that stayed there.

Wonderful trip for family. Large house for all. Beautiful private beach.
