MAXIMUM occupancy is 6, with a preference of no more than 4 adults (for your comfort). A tankless water heater insures everyone will get a hot shower. We will provide everything needed to wash by hand and disposable plates/cups if desired. This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
