This is a very nice condo. We appreciated all the seating in the living room - room enough for all 8 people to have a seat. The kitchen was well appointed, but could use more forks and spoons. The beds were comfortable, but not anything spectacular. Wish I'd brought my own pillow, though. The unit is super convenient to everything. I would stay here again for sure!

everything was just as decribed and what you see in the pictures are accuate. Right on the beach perfect view. Room was awesome had everything we needed to cook with and plenty of towels. There is nothing bad about Cody's place. Everything was great and loved the location. Less crowded and very peaceful.

Check in was easy. Property was nice. Had a great time!

Sandy Key was amazing. Our family enjoyed the condo very much, spacious and had a beautiful view of the beach which was wonderful and not crowded.

Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated! We felt at home right away! Also loved the fact that the complex was small. There were plenty of open spots on the beach to enjoy the ocean!

Quiet beach, easy access to shopping and the seashore parks, clean unit and I was impressed with the towel quality for a rental!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condos had plenty of room for my husband and I and our four small children as well as my mother and father in law. Beautiful view, great pools and hot tub, Friendly staff, very clean, and super short walk to the beach with private beach accesS

We really loved the location and endless white sand beach! Entire property was well maintained and cared for.

Loved the location to the beach. The condo was quiet and nice lay out. It was clean at first look but it seems it needs a good cleaning. Also no instructions on the tvs, we figured out the living room but not the bedrooms, kind of disappointing. We had plenty of bedding and towels but only 1kitchen towel and dishcloth. Overall it was ok.

The condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed the space and the view was spectacular.

Great location, well equipped with new appliances. Very spacious for our family group of 7. Large balcony with seating for everyone. Wonderful sea view and sounds.

We love this location in Perdido Key and this condo was perfect

We booked our unit for the week of July 22-26. Upon arriving to the condo, we noticed that the public beach access is connected to the same parking lot. Although this was not a huge deal, it did cause a lot of foot traffic and while on the beach we did notice people migrating to the private section allowed for condo patrons. Once we reached our unit, the front door code provided did not work. Due to traffic we arrived 16 mins after the front office closed, so we had to call the after-hours number. After mult. code changes that also did not work, we were contacted by the 3rd party VRBO host who was finally able to help us. We spent a good 45 mins attempting to enter the condo. It got worse. The water to the hall bathroom toilet was turned off (we later realized this was due to a leak), and we spent a good portion of our week having to manually turn the water on/off to fill the toilet bowl. At one point, instead of having issues flushing the toilet due to low water, we had the opposite issue and the entire bathroom flooded! At that point, the entire family used the master bathroom which was so inconvenient - especially in the middle of the night!! Aside from the toileting issue, the jetted tubs had mold in the jets. Im not sure if this caused the horrible smell in the hall bathroom, if it was due to the toileting issue, or both. But it was disgusting!

Had a great stay and fun beach time. Condo in good shape and great location. Like the 3rd floor so we did not use elevator much and walked stairs to beach. Great view from balcony.

This condo unit was very clean, beautiful views from the balcony, corner unit. Close to several wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was very nice and we had a great view of the beach and pool. The beds were decently comfortable and most of the appliances were newer, which we appreciated. One of the downsides, however, was that the toilet in the guest bathroom frequently did not flush, even after a maintenance person came to fix it. The other issue we had was that at one point, my family member was in the condo by themselves when someone came in to the condo unannounced. She called out several times from the bedroom asking who was there and no one responded so when she came into the living room all she saw was the person shutting the door. We called the guest services phone number to try and figure out who it was and they said it was not the maintenance person or a housekeeper, and they really weren't sure who it could have been. I will say, they were very helpful when we decided we would leave a day early as we did not feel comfortable staying, and made sure we would get a refund. Overall, a decent condo but probably wouldn't stay again after that experience.

The condo was ready on-time and clean upon our arrival. It had plenty of appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. including a nice Keurig. The beds and furniture were mostly comfortable. The only issue we noticed was with the sliding door from the living room to the balcony. It was hard to open and could use some grease. The property was well-kept, and the beach wasn't very crowded for it being June. We used one of the pools and charcoal grills during our visit. This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and it is much quieter than Destin, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. However, there are less attractions if you want to take a break from the beach.
