No hassle check in Clean and nice.

Our stay at Beach Colony was wonderful. Our condo was very clean and stocked well. We had several days of rain and enjoyed staying in, relaxing, and catching up on TV. I would definitely visit and stay at this condo again! The accessibility and pool were wonderful, as well as the short walk to the beach.

Great location, clean condo, easy check in and check out process. Kids loved it too!

Stairwell was nasty. Dead/headless bird the entire 8 days there.Stunk. The place was cleaned good, however it had a musty smell. (Mold, dirty mop, something)

Beautiful resort check-in was a breeze.Our family would diffidently stay here again.

We loved the location and the easy access. We also loved the wonderful balcony and the deck furniture. The location is so nice with usually not much traffic trying to leave facility. We came with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had a great time.

The property was great for families! The WiFi did not work for the entirety of our stay and we were unable to get in to touch with anyone to fix it. Other than that, great trip

Awesome condo!! We had a great getaway with family for a few days. This condo was really nice. Need some bakeware to bake cookies!! Other than that kitchen was well stocked. WiFi was an issue but we made do!!

This was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed. While I wish they supplied more cleaning supplies and paper products, that's my only complaint.

Property was perfect

Absolutely wonderful condo in great location with very good amenities. Beautifully furnished property. Very comfortable. Great balcony with fantastic views. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, etc. Plenty of towels supplied. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Nice pool with pool chairs, nice boardwalk to the beach. Girls trip, and we will stay again.

On arrival realized Induction cooktop cracked unsafe to use also oven could not adjust temperature also broken. Informed maintenance, person stated they were aware cooktop broken but not oven. Informed me new cooktop due next day. Spoke to various people at Beach Getaways Perdido Key, informed them this was unacceptable, they should have informed us prior to arriving of broken cooktop as unable to use! One stated “well some people don’t cook”. On day 2 informed by Beach Getaways they could replace cooktop and oven on Friday. That would be day 5 of vacation… requested a new unit if available… moved to one in complex a few buildings down late afternoon day 3 Wednesday. Requested a refund of at least one night, employee who found a new unit stated she had informed management of refund request. Have not heard from anyone at Beach Getaways Perdido Key. Very disappointing with their service.

Only problem was message from property management: number key for gate and WiFi were incorrect. Took about 40 minute conversation with Cox to correct password. We guessed on gate opening.

Perfect condo for our family. We rented this and 1B. Was close enough to each other almost like a house but with the availability to have private time. This condo was recently purchased and the furnishings were great!

Condo was very clean, communication was great and location is perfect.

We loved it and there were things sick as spices, paper towel toilet paper etc!! That was so much easier!!

We loved our stay. It was clean, well furnished and perfect for our little family get away. Loved the view and being able to wake up and open the door to the beach was amazing! We will be booking again with this VRBO and owners!

We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed the condo, beach and pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The owner was very helpful with the check in process and gave us some good recommendations on dinner. We absolutely loved the use of their beach toys for our son. Thanks so much

The condo was in a great location and was very clean. We absolutely loved it being a second floor unit. It was stocked with everything we needed. There is a great pizza place right across the street. We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo. It is one of the cleanest condos in which we have ever stayed. Great location!It looks down on the pool.Michael was quick to respond to any questions.Gated complex with plenty of parking.Unit included all the necessities .convenient to a lot of good restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent condo. Recommendation for Elevators press buttons for codes firmly and slowly and do not let others start their code until your floor lights up. Only suggestion would be updating couches and patio furniture.

Condo was great it you could get to it after a fun day at the beach or dinner out. Pushing a code to get on a floor in the summer with multiple people and kids was a nightmare. It didn’t take the codes and it was just a freaking mess. Even owners were having trouble. Wouldn’t stay at Beach Colony just because of elevators.

Location is amazing and we loved the space with everything you'd need for the beach. Everyone in the building was so nice and Michael, our host was very quick to reply and update us on changes. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything thing was exceptional from the Host, stay and location. Everyone really enjoyed their stay and we all hated to leave.

This place was even better than the pictures! Very roomy, easy access 1st floor unit, great location, and directly on the beach. We had everything we needed, and Michael was so easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
