Beautiful Townhouse on the Sugar White Sands of Pensacola Beach, Fla

Property was clean. Needs serious updates and lots of small repairs that could make this place perfect. To many little things to list. It works as is but would be way better if they would fix the small stuff. Certainly needs tech upgrades, this is 2025. It works for the area but certainly not high end or luxury. Basic living and gets the job done. You get what you pay for and if they fixed the place up just a little more they could get a lot more. Location is excellent, right on the beach. Its was like a time warp back to the 70s.

The 7 days we stayed were just perfect. Everything we needed for an easy vacation was supplied. Chairs for the beach a wagon to haul our stuff to the beach, beach towels were provided. Everything was very clean which was a plus. The only thing I wish I would have looked into was the amount of steps there are. My wife had a knee replacement and there are 16 steps to get into the townhome and another 15 to get upstairs to the bedroom but that's on me for not asking. In the long run it probably helped her with her rehab but if you have an hard time with steps this may not be for you ! Other than that the place was perfect 5 STARS. ! Thank you for a pleasant stay and we would / will rent again !

Good location with Beach access and pool. However, the The unit was outdated and was not happy with the overall cleanliness of the unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach! Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach was close, which made it easy to stroll up for the sunsets. Quick drive to the bars and restaurants. Thumbs up!

The walk to the beach was short and the property had a chairs and a wagon for use. There are also bikes but we never used them. It was a comfortable place for 3 adults. Toilet was leaking and they got a plumber in to fix the problem pretty quickly. Full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 rooms, living room and a balcony. Enjoyed my time there. The stairs up(not the owners fault but the builder) have a weird angle to them. If you have ADA needs and can't do stairs this is not for you. Otherwise it was wonderful!

The property was clean and in a good location. This was gated property. We felt very safe. The townhouse is very outdated. The microwave is Rusty on the inside. Everything is old. The King says headboard was not attached to the wall. Every time you turned over in the bed moved. The bed in the second bedroom was sitting on the floor. Don't know what that was about. So I put that

Great place and property manager is very nice and accessible. Super clean and nice size kitchen. Only small gripe is that address is unlisted and map marker makes it look like it is in different spot. But the location ended up being great and has access to gulf side beach. Didn’t use the pool but looked very nice. Also had a garage for second car which was a nice plus. Would stay again.

My husband and I loved the location. Very quiet and the beaches on that end are not crowded. Its just a few minutes from all the shops and restaurants!

This property felt very spacious and was in an ideal location for walking out on the beach. The amenities worked beautifully! The host kept up with communications before, during and after my stay.

awesome property, pics do not do it justice, the property is very updated with a great kitchen , its only a few steps to the beach. loved the bicycles for use so great, wagon and water toys for the beach in the garage, communication with property manager awesome ,super easy check in . check out The Local store about a block away for last minute food snacks drinks bakery items local fresh breads. thank you

Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Housekeeping left a few spots dirty so I let the host know. He was easy to reach and refunded the cleaning fee without me asking for it.

Condo was nicer and more spacious than expected. We absolutely loved it & would definitely stay here again in the future!

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood, and it was only a few steps from the beach. The balcony overlooked the pool, so it was easy to watch the kids swim. There were beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, floats, and bicycles in the garage for us to use.

Communication was great. The only thing we wish we had was a baking cookie sheet. The welcome gift was very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time! Townhouse was awesome, very clean, quiet and relaxing. Reasonably close to boardwalk, restaurants etc. Highly recommended

Our family came for a beach vacation. It was the perfect location not very crowded on the beach and great neighborhood! We had a great time and hope to return soon!

While there are signs of wear from hosting many a beach goers, everything was clean and the home was well stocked. Everything needed for a beach getaway was provided. Proximity to the beach was great! And loved the general area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again
