There is no street to cross to get to the beach, the back door going to the pool is only a few feet away from the sand and beach. Emerald Isle is also conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the famous Pensacola Fishing Pier.brbrThis condo sits on the 8th floor which is high enough to avoid hearing noise from the pool area when the sliding glass doors are open and also provide spectacular views in all directions of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound.
