Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this place every year because of its spaciousness and it is always clean!!! The fact that you can walk to the beach side or sound side in just a few minutes is awesome! The only fact that someone needs to know is if you have bad knees and can’t do many stairs, this is not a place for you. There are no restrooms on the main floor.

We love the convenient location, out the front to the Gulf and out the back to the bay. Easy to get to both ways. We will definitely be there again.

Reviewer Comments: The property was very satisfactory, and the options between beach and bay were a lifesaver - jellyfish were in the beach water and waves were sometimes too rough for the little ones. The only concern for us was the tile stairs. They were a little scary for the 1 1/2 year old to be around. Other than that, it was a great property that I would recommend!

Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee maker stopped working. We called the office and within an hour we had a brand new one! They are top notch and we would recommend to anyone!
