Sand Dollar W204 Inexpensive quick escape! 2,3 & 4-Night Getaways

This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island. It’s very quiet and we never once felt unsafe. The property manager, Donna, is only a text away if you need her and she leaves all the information you need in plain sight and texts it to you as well! It’s very affordable for the area and I’d give it 10 stars if I could! It just needs a cigarette butt bucket or two on the grounds because you can’t smoke inside or on the balcony.

It was a nice place. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and the central location was great for either hitting the national park on one end or hitting the tourist shops on the other side.

We loved our stay! The beach access is right across the street, as well as the trolley stops. Loved the separation of the living space with bedroom upstairs and the tasteful decor. Having the parking space so close was very helpful, as well as the back yard sitting on the lagoon.Steps to get upstairs were a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues, and the grill outback could be cleaned/updated in common area, but those things did not take away from a 5 star experience.

Our communication with the property manager was excellent and she was very accommodating! This is a place we will be returning in the future! The condo was walking distance to the beach! Fort Pickens State Park was only a short drive. The area had everything our family loves to do ! Beach fun & surf fishing ! With an exceptional condo to return to after a long day of fun in the sun!

Beautiful home away from home! Convenient location for the needs of our trip. Short walk to the beach. Absolutely stunning beach view. Sunsets on the Sound were amazing as well. Our agent was outstanding. She even told us about the Blue Angels fly over, which was a highlight for sure!!

Our stay was amazing!! Usually when we visit Pensacola Beach, we drive - but we flew this time and it was so nice to have EVERYTHING that we needed to enjoy the beach!! The walk was super short and we loved that we could see the beach and the sound from the balcony. Donna was super helpful and also made sure that we knew about the Blue Angels beach buzz. We will be back!!!

Nice condo, great quiet location on the beach

Nice re-visit to Pensacola Beach. We have not been to the area since 2008 and was pleasantly impressed with how it’s built up since our last visit

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had and we’ve been staying at various condos on Pensacola Beach for the last 25 years. Everything was seamless, from beginning to end. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Donna was super helpful. She was thoughtful enough to text us on Sunday afternoon to let us know that the Blue Angels would be buzzing the beach that evening. I had a couple of questions and she texted back immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo, particularly for a couple. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the complex and there are stairs to get to the unit, as well as stairs in the unit itself. We’ll be staying here again and recommending it to our friends.

The property was clean and as advertised. Donna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach- approx. 3 min. This was the perfect little place for our weekend getaway. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!
