My husband and I planned a trip with our families in April. This house is perfect for a big family trip, it is made for people of all ages and just a walk over to the beach. There is currently a house being built across the street and, at first, I was really nervous about the noise and distraction. However, that did not end up being a problem at all. We had so much fun! The pool was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend for any big families wanting to visit the beach in Pensacola!

Also the pool bar area was not accessible, but the online pictures show it open, indicating it would be available for use. Aside from those 2 things, everything was fantastic.

Plenty of rooms which were tastefully decorated with the added bonus of their own bathrooms for privacy. The deck was a great place for our morning coffee and reflection at the end of the day. The pool and grounds were clean. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Our favorite space was the open-concept main level where we could gather for conversation, dinner, games, and even had room for dancing. Such a nice place and weekend. Thank you!!!

Reviewer Comments: We had 30 people gathered for Thanksgiving in Pensacola and we could house a portion of those coming from Ohio, Colorado, Naples (FL), Texas, and New Hampshire. The heated pool was enjoyed by young children and their parents. The beach access, just across the road in front of the house, made it friendly for long or short visits, any time of the day. November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!
