The TV is a 43” internet ready on a swivel bracket so you enjoy your streaming apps from the bed, chair or kitchen. The yard is a shared space. The pool and outdoor kitchen is in that shared space. We will likely never swim or use the outdoor kitchen at the same time as you, but we may be in the backyard doing projects and such. You will have your own driveway!
