Waterfront Paradise, Dock on Grand Lagoon, Pool, Elevator, Steps 2 Beach!

The host was very attentive. The grill needed propane and a new tank was delivered very quickly.

A perfect getaway at the beach. Loved the pool and how close the beach was. A lot of things to walk to as well. House was beautiful and clean.

Spacious home and the elevator was a huge plus. Close to the beach and restaurants.

The home was very beautiful. Elevator was a wonderful addition as it would have been difficult for our older folks to climb the stairs. Pool was great! All amenities available even beach chairs, etc. Beach was only a few blocks away.Loved everything about our stay.

This time a new golfer came on the trip and he went on and on about how nice the house and location is. The house and setting can't be beat for the price, and I've already booked the house for our next golf trip in August. The elevator takes any concerns about going up and down the 3 levels away, and the Kitchen is very well laid out. And the primary Bedroom and Bath are very nice indeed. Blue Swell is very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them and this house to anyone.

Excellent vacation rental! About a 5 minute walk to the public access point to the beach, house is beautiful, and kids had a ton of fun catching blue crabs off the dock.

Went to my son's baseball tournament, but also visited Rosemary Beach which was stunning. The waterfront paradise home was exactly as shown in the pictures. The home was very clean and it was really nice having the bedrooms on each floor as you felt you had your privacy. We loved the kitchen area being on the 3rd floor overlooking the bay area... it was just perfect. Thank you to Blue Swell rentals for excellent communication from arriving to departing. We will definitely return again!

House was clean and ready for our arrival. Balcony views over the lagoon were wonderful. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils, cups, etc. Having the elevator was so nice to access all 3 levels with ease. Access to the beach was 3-4 minute away along with all the food options downtown.

We loved everything about our stay and would definitely choose this property again!

We had an amazing stay, everything was impeccable. Every room had it's own mini fridge along with the main kitchen fridge and the garage fridge. The elevator made things easy to take up to the 3rd floor where the main living/kitchen areas are located. This place had everything we needed to enjoy our family getaway. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

As before, the house was spotless with plenty of towels and plenty of updates from Blue Swell regarding our upcoming trip. Last time we didn't use the Kitchen or the pool, but this time actually did make dinner one night and used this pool multiple times after a few rounds of golf with temps in the 90s. Kitchen is well equipped (could use an electric can opener though as the manual can openers are not too good) with all types of pans/bowls/cookware, ect. This time of year the outside was pretty quiet, and all the guys enjoyed the view and relaxing around the pool. Speaking of which, my last review I mentioned that the outdoor furniture was pretty worn, and Blue Swell replied back that they would look into it. This time, not only was there new outdoor furniture, but the outdoor wood deck was replaced with new Trex boards. Nicely done, Blue Swell! It's nice to know that the rental company actually listens to their clients. The primary bedroom/bath is VERY NICE, you won't be disappointed. My friends all remarked how nice the property is, and said that they definitely want to come back to this property. Only suggestion I would make is to have a wastebasket by the wetbar in the lower Den as that area is great to hang out to watch TV and would be nice to have a place to put trash so you don't have to take it up 3 levels to Kitchen (that is the only complaint about this house a group of 4 older golfers could come up with!) Access to this house is very easy off Thomas, and plenty of things to do nearby. We are definitely renting this house again (due to both the house and the treatment we received from Blue Swell) .

The house was beautiful and we loved the location. It was frustrating we had multiple issues that needed attention, however, Blue Swell was very responsive and helpful each time we called. We were able to enjoy time at the beach and the private pool at the house.

This home was everything it was adversized to be. It is absolutely beautiful. I wasn't sure how the three flights of stairs would work for us - but with the elevator it wasn't an issue. The private pool was fabulous. The hosts was extrememly gracious and responded quickly to all my coorespondence. It's not on the beach - which made me hesitate to book, but our trip wasn't really a beach trip so it worked perfect. And honestly, it's close to to the beach if that is what you are going for. We highly recommend this home and this host.

Beach Bay Getaway was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. Everything was clean and fairly upscale, and the view is the cherry on top. Blue Swell kept me abreast of the upcoming trip with several reminders and answered any questions I had promptly. There was plenty of towels, and although we didn't cook during our brief stay, the Kitchen appeared to be well stocked. The pool looked very nice, and we plan to go back in Sept when it will be warm enough to use it. The only negative I can think of is that the chairs around the outside table are very weathered and could stand replacement. But that's it. Very impressed with both Beach Bay Getaway and Blue Swell.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The shower and the jetted bathtub in the master bedroom were fantastic!! The view was gorgeous and it was just a short walk to the beach. We are very thankful for our time at this truly special place!
