Lost or damaged basketballs will result in a $20 charge per ball.brbrPool:brThe pool can be heated. If you wish to have the heater on during your stay there is a $50 charge per day. Let us know at least 2 days before your check in if you want it heated. Please note the pool heater might not be able to maintain a desired temperature if the outdoor temperature during your stay is less than 65 degrees. brThe pool is serviced once a week in the winter months and twice a week from spring break to end of August. Please don't be alarmed if the pool crew enters the backyard during your stay.brbr**House Rules**brAfter booking, the primary guest will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement, upload a government issued ID and put a credit card on file. We have provided a leaf blower, located in the kitchen that you are free to use to clear off the backyard and mini golf turf. brbr**Quiet hours**brThis house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10pm-9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this property. This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors properties. We don't allow outside guests on the property at anytime. Any complaints from the neighbors for loud noise levels after 10pm will result in forfeiting your security deposit.
