Beachside West #4 beachfront townhome at Laguna Beach offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The townhouse is located directly on the beach. No roads to cross to get to the beach, no elevators to wait for, park at your front door step off the back deck onto the beach. There are two master suites with King sized beds and flat screen TVs, and laundry on the third. floor. The third bedroom with two queen beds, flat screen TV, private bath, and patio door leading to the lower covered deck and and beach is located on the first floor. The main living area with 10 ft ceiling consists of living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath and an upper deck overlooking the beach. The living room has plenty of comfy seating, a 60 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV, a 60 inch eight blade ceiling fan (it really moves the air!), and recessed lighting. The dining area is accommodating and spacious with seating for six, a huge unique side board, and massive wrought iron chandelier with 12 lights. The kitchen has Maytag stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and side by side fridge with in door water and ice. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There also a spacious pantry. The ceilings are ship lapped, wood floor on main level, carpet on third floor and wood and tile on first floor. The wifi and HD cable are Comcast (all new equipment). The townhouse nicely decorated with an idustrial edge, and comfy and inviting. The beach views are amazing. The upper TREX deck with glass front is spacious and well furnished and has stairs leading to the lower deck. The lower covered deck has a gas grill, charcoal grill (please grill out in the open area not under the deck for safety reasons, no grilling on upper deck). There's a outside shower and hose to rinse off the salt and sand before entering the townhouse. Pop in at one of the many miniature golf, go-cart race tracks, arcades, batting cages, and mini-amusement parks along Front Beach Road. Afternoon at the beach.brbrDay 5:brTake your pick:brRipley’s Museum, WonderWorks Museum, Sea Dragon pirate cruise. We can always recommend boat rides, cruises, chartered fishing, swim-with-dolphin trips, and boat rides to nearby Shell Island.brbrDay 6:brCatch one of the 16 movies playing at Pier Park. Shopping time The many shops and department stores at Pier Park. For the best souvenir shopping go to Alvin’s Island. We recommend their largest store at 12010 Front Beach. We call our adorable and cozy 1BR townhome 'Beachside Joy” -- it is a beautiful gulf front unit that sits directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in the world)! Beachside Joy is a NON-SMOKING unit.brbrWhen you stay here you are on the beach -- just walk down the deck stairs! This is not a high rise condo or hotel; there are no elevators to wait for and you don't have to share the beach with a thousand other condo residents. It's so wonderful to be able to walk right out the door and onto the beach or into the water!brbrBeachside Joy has a spacious living room, very tastefully decorated, with a 43 HDTV and a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. We have subscribed to over 160 channels (Xfinity) including most sports networks and some premium movie channels. The very comfortable couch is also a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa with a new and comfy memory foam mattress! There's a full bathroom on the same level (with a shower).brbrFor convenience, the Beachside Joy has a beautiful, newly remodeled and fully-stocked cozy kitchen (including custom soft-close cabinets, quartz counter top, mosaic glass back splash, and high-end stainless appliances) so you can whip up a romantic dinner to enjoy on the deck while the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. It is a challenge keeping good cookware in a vacation rental so we replace all the pots and pans every three to six months. If you book with us and need something that isn't there then give us a call or text (we'll bring it to you ASAP). If you like to barbecue, you’ll find a high-end Weber gas grill ready for use on the gulf front deck -- perfect for adding a grilled steak or seafood to the meal!brbrThe master suite, right up the spiral staircase, is bright and cheery with picture windows offering beautiful and serene views of the beach and gulf (including the spectacular sunsets)! The bed itself is king size with a high quality mattress (so you can sleep soundly after a day of fun). And you'll absolutely love the beautiful master bath, with a large dual sink granite vanity and a jetted jacuzzi tub. The TV in the master suite is also high definition with lots of available channels.brbrAs for location, Beachside Joy is located approximately 3/4 of a mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort! You can see the pier itself from the gulf front deck. brbrThere are some great dining spots within walking distance of our townhome. Right across the street you’ll find a Wings/Barbecue place and of course a couple of great seafood places (check out the “Sand Bar” about a block away).brbrThere is a Winn Dixie grocery store and a CVS pharmacy across the street as well. Just to our east (in Pier Park) you’ll find a world of entertainment, dining, and shopping. The pier itself offers great views and fine fishing! brbrWe are constantly updating Beachside Joy. We have updated/refinished the bathrooms, replaced all the windows with crystal-clear hurricane glass, completely replaced the floors with gorgeous LVP flooring, installed new ultra-quiet and very efficient mini-splits, and updated most of the furniture.brbrWe contracted with a new cleaning service in September 2024. They are a friendly and thorough service (so you’ll find our home well cleaned and ready for your vacation).
