Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund.brbr- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply.brbr- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed.brbr- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property.brbr- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule.brbr- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing.brbr- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing.brbr- We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. Leaving trash outside will result in a $100 fine.br-The property includes a gas grill for guest use. Kindly note that propane refills are not provided, but guests may refill the tank at nearby stores if needed.br- No smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the home. A fee starting at $500 will apply if there are signs or smells of smoking.br- Please wipe your shoes at the door. It’s preferred that shoes be removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the space clean for you and the next guests!br- No food or drinks inside the bedroom or near the jacuzzi.br- Please note that while the Fire Pit is available for your use, we do not provide wood. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood to enhance their stay. br- Use the grill at your own risk. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own propane for the grill.br- Decorative items are not for use. Damage or removal will result in a fine.br- Follow any posted guidelines inside the home. Before you leave, please take out the trash as instructed and report any damages right away.br brbr Jacuzzi Usebr- If you’d like the jacuzzi warm and ready during your stay, there is a $20/night fee (must apply to the entire stay).br- If not requested, the jacuzzi will remain off.br- Use the jacuzzi at your own risk—there is no lifeguard on duty.br- Please ensure the fence door remains unblocked, as our jacuzzi technician needs access for maintenance.br- The jacuzzi is serviced on Wednesdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.brbrbr Respect for Neighbors & Propertybr- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
