Outdoor grills are also open. If you need a handicapped unit or a first floor unit, please let me know upon initial contact. All units received new windows and the POA completed the painting of the outside of their buildings. Units have granite counter tops in the kitchens, flat screen TVs and a DVD. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all units and for unlimited devices. Unit has a washer and dryer. Blue Tree re-did Pool #2 with new pavers and interactive sprayers in the kiddie pool. They do continual refurbishments of the units. A decorative fence has been added around most of the front perimeter of the property. Stainless steel appliances have been placed in units. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
