Stayed Jun 29, 2024We had a great time. The resort is a hop from the occc. Most of the team stayed in this resort and we could carpool swim and hang out without any hassle

Stayed Dec 23, 2021Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After we left the apartment Casiola Management started charging different amounts on our credit card, first it was small stains on the blanket, then it was the fact that the apartment was not organized, third for claiming that we were 30 minutes late for our check out. Never rent with them because they charge a lot of extras without consulting us or informing us.

Stayed Feb 25, 2020Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed to realize this unit was in a completely separate, older, low-rent section of Vista Cay. No connection toregular VC without going out on the main access road. Also disappointed that this building has open-to-the-weather corridors. Door bolt is hard to work; needs an additional bolt. Kitchen needs more small plates and casual glasses, plus casseroles w/ lids for the microwave. No napkins or tissues, minimal TP and PT. HVAC fan ran continuously despite auto setting. Missing slat in LR blinds. MBA sink does not hold water. Power failure one night was no one's fault, but Casiola should have called us back to tell us status. And after the power failure, the thermostat wouldn't set above 72. VC location is very good, and we would return, just not to this side/building/unit.
