Our property at Las Brisas is amazing. We have 2 bedrooms, both with king Tempurpedic beds. There are 2 bathrooms, a TV room with a pull out sofa and a combined kitchen dining and living room area complete with a 55” TV. The pool, hot tub and sauna are also a plus at this complex. The view from the 4th floor southeast corner is spectacular. There is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. No need to worry with bringing towels, sheets or cluttering the car with coolers. It is all there for you. The shelving in the garage has a portable corn hole game and bocce balls for fun on the beach. If you do happen to have a rainy day, there are playing cards, games and puzzels in the TV room and a nice. We have underground parking that is right next to the elevator. Along with beach chairs, beach towels and some beach toys. New Smyrna is a great little town with many things to do. Each Saturday there is a farmer's market that offers everything from fresh seafood to vegetables and crafts. Canal Street in downtown New Smyrna offers something for everyone.
