Direct Oceanfront 2/2 | Private Balcony | Heated Beachfront Pool ♨️ & Beach Access

Internet worked very sporadically. When we called about the problem we were asked to meet the technician between specific hours the next day. Who wants to wait for the cable guy on vacation? Also, skimpy on supplies. 4 small rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Zero tissue boxes. Toiletries not provided. These small items add expense to our stay.

Condo looks nothing like the photos. In need of updating.

Loved the direct access to the beach, the balcony to experience the ocean all day, We also loved: the clean unit, how nice it was decorated, beach chairs etc, and close proximity to stores & restaurants.

This place is in excellent condition. No surprises here except that every detail outlined in the description and instructions was spot on! Excellent communication before, during, and after our 4th of July week stay! It was the BEST location to view fireworks on the beach from the balcony! Will stay here again!

Awesome location and only clothes is what you need to bring

Great condo. Perfect location and everything is in great shape.

The property was clean, well decorated, ocean front, beautiful view, large pools and baby pools and easy to get in and out of.

This condo is super clean, decorated very nice, bed was comfortable with really nice pillows. It has every amenity you need for a beach stay. The balcony is perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise and the waves below. It's on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator but only used that for moving in and out. Multiple pools and shuffleboard on premise. Parking spot was close. There was an issue with the digital lock on arrival, but the property management team quickly helped resolve it and were very prompt in all communication. I would definitely book this again.

Close to everything but not to close to the crowds

Couch, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Needs updating. Poofs to sit or put your feet on were ripped and foam balls were going everywhere. There was construction going on at the property that we were not aware of.

This property was lovely. Stayed at Sea Coast before. Property is well maintained. Pools are great and beach access is perfect. This unit was decorated so nicely. Kitchen well stocked with useful utensils and quality pots & pans. Very comfortable. We will be back !

While we have been to New Smyrna many times, this was our first stay at Sea Coast Gardens 3. The condo was exactly as pictured. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few beach toys available to use. All needed parking passes and pool bands were in our condo when we arrived making it possible to begin our vacation the minute we arrived. Plenty of towels and kitchenware. Communication was timely and held all the information we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything inside was perfect. Construction outside which we were aware of. Our only complaint is the temporary stairs to the beach were difficult for my husband and I, both in our 70’s. I’m sure there are plans to update. The condo is great, view is awesome, and 4th of July fireworks were a big bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed this very nice condo conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Tastefully decorated, well stocked, and even had beach toys for the kids. The kids also loved the pools. We had a great time! We would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion we have is the showers need grab bars for safety.
