Best view! This house was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. Between the location, amazing view, and amenities offered, it was the perfect house for us. Kitchen had everything we needed.

This home was perfect for our long weekend. The host is responsive and attentive. The home has amazing views! The deck is beautiful and all outdoor furniture is immaculately maintained. We spent the majority of our time there. The location is perfect! It is close to restaurants and was close enough to Orlando to take our granddaughter to American Girl for her Birthday for shopping and lunch. We would definitely return to take advantage of this amazing Property and the nearby attractions. We were very thankful for the care the host put in to cleaning, especially since we had young children. We would recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future. Beautifully views! Easy and fun!

Great place! Perfect size for family with easy access to the beach. The back deck was great for everyone to relax and cook after a beach day. Host was very responsive to any communication. We hope to stay agin!

We had a fabulous stay! Comfortable cottage with a perfect view of New Symrna Beach was perfect for some needed rest and relaxation!

Clean and tidy with all kitchen essentials provided. Beautiful beach; access to and from beach a bit tricky. We prefer larger family room to play games and watch movies. Mosquitoes ate us alive on back porch. Excellent safe area and neighborhood. We would return to NSB.

Lovely updated, very clean beach cottage. Beautiful deck overlooking the ocean for which we spent much time. Well appointed and stocked with all amenities one could want from beach towels, chairs, coffees & teas, toiletries, etc. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with high end appliances. Very close to all shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this cottage did not disappoint. The property is exactly as depicted, beautiful view, grounds, decor and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The only drawback for us, not being from Florida, was that we were not aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach at all. This appears to be statewide with some exceptions depending on the county or municipality. We still had a great time and enjoyed a couple great beach walks with our pup before we were made aware of this regulation. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous deck with a million dollar view. Spent a lot of time there especially since the “direct access” is compromised ( no fault of the owner)

This location was perfect for a teacher-friend Spring Break getaway! It was easy to rent bikes to ride along the beach, walk to restaurants, and the beach is right outside your back door! The back deck has amazing sunrises to enjoy your coffee!

It was a really nice stay and the house is great. Really liked the porch and access to the beach.

The house was very cute, very clean and very well equipped. Hosts were amazing. Laura was so quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again. Our family had the best time. Loved everything!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachfront house. First time using VRBO and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect for our family as it was on the drive beach, which we wanted, but away from the crowded Flagler beach traffic. Beautifully appointed beach house with updated kitchen and bathroom making the stay very comfortable. The deck is amazing! The owner was extremely attentive and helpful. We will be back.
