In most all of the really large condo units you park in a parking lot, go through a lobby, climb up the stairs or take the elevator, go through the hall and then get to your unit--while carrying all of your stuff. Same thing when you are ready to go out to the beach. Haul all of your stuff through a crowded building while you are wearing your bathing suit, elevator, lobby, common deck area and then 10 minutes later you are on the sand. With Shellnell #9 you have the best of everything--Amazing views from the main (second) and top (third) floor balconies with steps that lead from the main balcony to the sand! When you arrive you pul into the garage inside the unit! When you are done playing you simply walk back to the unit, enjoy your outdoor shower and drop your stuff in the garage--all on ground level!
