And then in the evening enjoy a cool drink in your sheltered lanai overlooking palm trees and shrubs.brbrFreshly renovated and newly furnished, the Villa Golden Bear offers two bedrooms (both with king size beds), a walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms. The open American kitchen is fully equipped. The den has a pop up trundle, which can be 2 twins or a king, the den is open to the family room (no door).brFully stocked gourmet kitchen, with filtered water at the sink, fridge door and ice maker. There is a fire pit and gas bbq grill on the deck.brThe house is on an ocean access canal with private beautiful views of the canal, tons of mangrove trees and wildlife. Enjoy your favorite beverage on your private dock hanging over the canal.brWe supplied the house with 2 tandem kayaks (Perception Tribes) paddles and life preservers. brYou can kayak to the right and meander through the prestigious Colliers Reserve Golf Course with tons of wildlife including manatees, otters, herons, ducks, spoon bills, iguanas, and bald eagles! If you head left out of the main canal it’s about a 45 minute paddle to the ocean. You’ll see porpoise, manatees and pink spoon bills.
