Our charming, historic House was built in 1929 and is one of the first houses built in Naples. It has a large private parking in the front, for up to 4 cars. Built how they used to, all wood with high ceilings! is 1850 sf, 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bath. Not your typical rental, this is were we used to live and where we host our family and friends. Recently remodeled with beautiful top-of-the-line kitchen stainless steel appliances with white quartz counter-top, new bathrooms with shower and tub. This house is clean, freshly painted and has beautiful watercolors throughout. There is central A/C and heater. HD flat screen TV with Roku (you can bring your Neftlix or prime login so you’ll be right we’re you left), Electric Piano and free WIFI. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the leaving room.
