Mimosa Golf Villa is a newly updated 2 bedroom+den condo located in Lely Resort's Greenlinks community. Mimosa is unit number 514 and has beautiful east facing golf course views from the screened lanai, which has been upgraded with designer tile flooring. The interior of the condo has also been upgraded with tile flooring throughout and new contemporary living room furniture. Please note that the den of this unit has been converted to the dining room to make the living room more spacious, which includes a queen pullout sofa in the living room, so there is no den other than the study area at the entrance to the condo where the desk is located. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a separate shower as well as two sink vanities. A fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer ensure you re equipped for longer term stays!
