Around back you have a screened in porch, amazing yard with citrus trees and string lights, providing even more room for friends and family. This beach cottage has an abundance of history and undeniable character. brbrLocated within the upscale Frangista Beach neighborhood, it is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the PRIVATE beach entrance at Hollywood Dr.!! This is a bit of a hidden gem as far as beach access goes. There are no high-rise buildings around and the closest public beach access is past Pompano Joes which makes our private beach access much less crowded than other spots. Also, within walking distance there are multiple restaurants such as Pompano Joes, Bad A** Coffee, and our absolute favorite Pascalli Kitchen. brbrWe have the best housekeeping staff in the area. Our house is kept immaculately clean and we and our team take great pride in making sure the house is clean, safe, and ready for each guest. brbrThere are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths within the main house with a 4th bonus bungalow bunk room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV). The house layout is great for families, the bungalow room out back provides some separation for teenagers that want some space and the bunk room is perfect for younger kids to climb in and get cozy together while watching a late night show. Larger groups of adults may find the layout less ideal for your stay.brbrThe living room is just the place to kick back and enjoy movies on the flatscreen TV. With an extra large sectional couch, your group will have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach.brbrJust off the kitchen is the dining room, which is attached to the living room. The dining room is furnished with a farmhouse table and two benches. brbrMaster: King bed (sleeps 2) brbrBedroom 2 : King bed (sleeps 2) brbrBedroom 3 : Twin over twin bunk bed and full over full bunk bed (best for kids) brbrBedroom 4 (bunk house): full over Queen bunk Bed (sleeps 2-3) brbrWe have a 6 seater golf cart available at the house.
