Safety and security was really a main focus for our family. The Shipwatch community is completely gated, very quiet and safe with no busy streets to cross for our kids. The location is so central to everything we needed, we wanted the ability to stay home and walk to eat, shop and relax on the sand. All 3 bathrooms have been renovated. New wood floors were put throughout condo. Brand new appliances, an 18 bottle wine refrigerator & ice maker. Condo easily accommodates 7 people. Master bedroom (en-suite bathroom) has a king bed with a sliding door to access the balcony. Front bedroom has a queen bed & a twin . The bathroom is just outside the bedroom.
