Entry under these circumstances will be limited to addressing the immediate concern.brThe Association will also conduct scheduled safety inspections of units from time to time. These inspections arebrintended to identify and prevent potential hazards, such as leaks, plumbing conditions, and mechanical issuesbrthat may impact other units or the common elements. Prior to a scheduled inspection, the Association will notifybrUnit Owners in writing with the date and approximate time of entry. Owners are required to provide or allowbraccess and ensure that Association representatives can complete these inspections safely and efficiently.brFailure to provide or allow access, or interfering with the Association’s lawful right of entry, may result inbrenforcement actions as permitted under the governing documents and Florida law.
