Our 2-bedroom,2-bathroom condo is located in the South Seas East Condominium community, directly across from our private beach access. It is the only resort on the island where you can rent a boat slip outside your door and walk across the parking lot to the beach. Other amenities include pickleball, tennis, bocce ball shuffleboard, ping pong, weight room, and mini golf. Bring your own bikes and kayaks or rent them on the island. (Boat slips and kayak storage are separate fees.) Restaurants are in walking distance. Our condo has been completely repainted, furnished and decorated. The lanai sports beautiful water views of Clam Bay, the pool and a peek of the Gulf. All the appliances are new. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and the like. There is a nice size laundry room off the kitchen. In the living room there is a new queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, custom closet with a built-in armoire and a TV. The guest room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. The condo is supplied with two sets of sheets for each bed and several sets of towels and washcloths. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels are also included. Bring your clothes and toiletries and you're ready to go!brbrThe Condominium charges a one time $100 fee for registration and parking.
