Stayed Oct 22, 2025Host was welcoming. They had power washed that day and someone locked the door so when we showed up we had to wait 25 mins for someone to come unlock the door for us.Amenities were good. we left a list of issues with the host. Needs floor mats at the door and bathrooms. The beach equipment needs attention. cart is rusted out somewhat. one of the umbrellas didnt work. Overall was a comfortable stay. Unit is very nice

We loved:- Comfy beds- fantastic large balcony with great views- access to storage locker with beach wagon, umbrellas, and chairs- excellent communication with host- everything we needed for a great beach vacation This was our first trip to Marco Island and we will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Have stayed many times at Somerset in Marco Island over the past 20 years. This unit was updated and very nicely kept. Would definitely go back next year for another week.
