The public beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk with nearby restaurants. There are bike racks available and kayak storage. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor, with a covered parking space. We have recently updated both bathrooms with new flooring in the bedrooms and bathroom, new trim, fresh coat of paint throughout, all new appliances, new furniture throughout. The master bed has a king bed with balcony views of the bay and ocean. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with a balcony view of the pool and ocean.
