Stayed Jan 13, 2026Can’t think of one bad thing to say, so will just repeat some of what others have said: Great view from balcony and even inside the unit with so many windows - saw dolphins every day. We prefer this part of island to the beach side now after experiencing this unit and the complex. Easy access to Bald Eagle Dr for morning walks, and 1 mile walk to Publix and all the restaurants near there. Then of course restaurants in your backyard like Snook Inn and Colliers. Pool was heated so we could swim even though it was a little cool outside. Comfortable bed and good pillow selection which is rare!

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We enjoyed our 5th floor view in the unique Old Marco surroundings. It’s a hidden gem with lively evening entertainment, seafood as fresh as it comes, and easy access to alternative transportation options for exploring.We’re bicyclists, and we opted for e-Bikes from a nearby vendor, and cross-crossed from beaches to historic parks, grab-and-go casual dining, beaches, and a fabulous Christmas brunch at a major restaurant.This was a great place for a great holiday adventure. Our itinerary was supported by our excellent host who laid-out the details in advance.

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Bill was easy to contact and helpful with the check in process. We would certainly stay here again!
