Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a weeks stay. Plenty of towels for bath and beach, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and even a few beach toys. The unit had a few extras that we were not expecting such as salt/pepper and other cooking spices, extra cleaning supplies such as dish soap and granite cleaner, hand soap, and extra paper towels. The distance to the beach was a little bit of a hike, but that was known prior to our stay. The property manager had good communication and it was easy to pick up and drop off keys after hours. The one think I would change is a larger water heater. We had to stagger showers for our family of 5 as the water heater was small and only one person at a time was able to have a hot shower. Laundry was close by and using the app was easy and efficient. We never had an issue getting a machine. We brought pickle ball equipment, but the courts had plenty of paddles and balls available for use. We also utilized the tennis court - again, balls and rackets available to borrow. It was busy on the island and in Naples the week after Christmas - difficult to obtain dining reservations. I recommend booking in advance a few places before you arrive.

Extremely well furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen literally had everything you could think of. The bed was comfortable. The views from the balcony were spectacular! I would not hesitate to stay in the same unit again. One small suggestion, other units we’ve stayed in had beach accessories like chairs, carts, umbrellas, etc. This unit’s beach stuff was more geared towards small children. This is a very small issue and would not prevent us from staying at the same unit. Thanks to the owners for providing such a beautiful place to stay.
