Nature's Playground 6 BR 7 Bath - Dock, Pool, 4 Kayaks, Hot Tub, Jet Ski Dock

Hot tub was tricky... it took 4 days to figure out how to make it hotter. With 14 of us staying we definitely maximized all of the baking dishes/sheets for some meals.One roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom.

This property has phenomenal outdoor living, cooking, eating, relaxing & pool space galore! It also has big, beautiful waterway views with it’s own reef system by the dock. There we saw manatee’s, turtles & various fish. Nice kayaks & life vests are also provided. The kitchen has plenty of tableware & cookware. It is a beautiful property for a large group to spend outdoor time together. We absolutely loved & fully enjoyed this property. Be cautious of the rounded bottom step coming down from the main entrance, and watch your head by the TV that faces the pool.

House was everything and more. Pool and hot tub awesome. View is beautiful. Our group saw sea turtle, manatee. Nurse shark. Lots of wildlife. Wonderful stay.

This house has amazing outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The pool is huge!

As we rolled up to the property jaws hit the floor, it was absolutely stunning. We had 11 guests in the house and had enough room to enjoy ourselves. The outdoor living spaces are gorgeous with a large couch as the center piece on ground level. We had 5 kids with us and from sun up to sun down they were in the pool. The TV over the hot tub is not to be skipped. Either putting some tunes on from your playlist via YouTube or watching a movie it can all be done here. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bedrooms all had an en suite which made living a little easier. The separate bathroom on the stairs up was a nice touch and again made life easier. Location is great but know the airport gets busy on Saturday and Sunday but calms down a bit after that. From the dock we were able to see abundant sea life. We saw sharks early in the morning and again at night, and there was even a manatee lbering along. Check in and check out we easy and locate close to the house. Overall there were many people in the group that suggested we just go ahead and book again. It is a great house from family gatherings.

The house set up was perfect for our large group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there are two extra bathrooms. The pool and outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. The TVs down there are a nice touch. The canal has tons of sea life in it. We saw turtles, manatees, dolphins, tarpons, and jellyfish. The host is very responsive. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to supply the kitchen with a few basic spices so that renters don’t have to buy them. Our stay was wonderful and all the amenities were great!

Check in was a breeze. Lindsey was great to work with. Plenty of room and a great location for boating.

The house and our stay were amazing! The outside pool and entertaining area is where we spent most of our time! We saw manatees, iguanas, lots of fish, and birds. Great for everyone in the family!

This was a fantastic property and trip overall. The house was as expected from photos, and clean. The property manager replied in timely manner to our issues (which were small, like remotes didn’t work etc). The house is built for a large group - the outside space is where a large group has to hang out (not really space inside other than bedrooms) but that was just fine bc outside was huge. They could upgrade the outdoor kitchen a bit, as we basically spent all our time there, but we would rent this again. Super fun, great pool, hot tub etc.

The house is great , there was not enough mugs,glasses or cuttlery

Group of 12, family & friends throughly enjoyed this home…great outdoor space w/tv’s, huge pool and dock-visiting manatee’s and easy in and out to ocean with boat! Every bedroom has a bath and home is updated. Beautiful sunsets! We would definitely return!

Location was very good, centrally located to fishing docks, short drive to sombrero beach the 7 mile bridge and many restaurants. Outdoor area at the house was really nice with a large pool looking over the lagoon.

Cannot wait to get back to Marathon! The house was amazing. Manatees and turtles in the cove everyday. Management staff was on top of everything. Rooms, pool, and downstairs area was perfect. Had some bad weather but able to make the most of the Tripp hanging out at the shuffle board table.
