Up a few stairs to the front porch are several chairs and the promise of a relaxing, shady place to sit to catch the morning or evening breeze, or to watch locals stroll by.brbrThere is no cable TV in the home - only streaming via Amazon Fire TV Sticks. You must have your own subscriptions and/or access to your own apps to stream any TV. In the same hallway are entries to the laundry room and the kitchen. The utility room has a washer/dryer with a roomy shelf above for detergent, spot remover, etc. The kitchen is nicely organized in a U shape, a layout that plays a vital role in the overall ease and functionality of meal prep. With counters and shelves on three sides, there’s plenty of space. Part of the counter on one side can also serve as an eating area or desk area with four counter chairs.
