You can walk to the grocery store (Fausto's), have drinks at the Green Parrot (2 blocks away) and enjoy Fort Zachary Taylor State Park which is around the corner. brbrI just renovated this 2 bedrooms /1 bath condo which is outfitted with washer/dryer, all new appliances in the kitchen, pots/pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, pool access and assigned parking inside the gated community. brbrThis end unit condo is on the ground floor and has big, beautiful French doors in the living room and master bedroom. They open onto the private back deck with has outdoor patio furniture. You also have a fully equipped modern kitchen, renovated bathroom, and flat screen TV’s in the living room and wireless internet access.
