Heart of Downtown Key West Cottage With Off-Street Parking

The parking was great off street, the cottage was well within walking distance to all the attractions. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of supplies. I would definitely stay there again. And a bonus was the washer and dryer. Loved sitting on the back porch in the evenings to unwind from the day. We did not have any problems.

Love staying here to put me in Key West mode. Cottage is always clean and the location is great. Hosts are very communicative and accommodating.

Marcela was a very friendly, communicative, and accommodating host before, during and after our stay. The location of the property was perfect right in the heart of the Duval and Old Town areas. We were able to easily walk everywhere. The house was just as pictured online. If you are looking to prepare meals, there is the bare minimum of essentials, but we were able to make it work. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and fantastic property. This felt like a home away from home! This cottage is central to most sites, restaurants, bars, shopping, and seaside. No car required! The owners were very easy to reach and communicate with. It was a great experience.

The king bed was so comfortable (didn't sleep in the queen bed). The AC was wonderful and necessary. Perfect location for walking to see all the sights. Comfortable couch. Shower could use more water pressure. Convenient parking spot. Nice little kitchen. Good size tv.

The place is nice, but it's really all about location. We were able to use this as a base of operation to explore all of Old Town easily. It's really about .5 mile or less from most stuff you might want to do. The Hemingway house is just a short walk down the street away. Get tired or want to drop off something? Just pop back in, no trouble. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Key West!

A great little cottage for staying in Key West. Incredibly close to everything you would want to do, my wife and I only moved our rental car once the entire week, making me wonder if Uber would have been a better choice. A couple minor criticisms would be that my wife wished they had a full length mirror, and I would have liked a more options in the kitchdn as it was tough to cook our own meals. Regardless, I'm not sure you could have a better experience staying in Key West if you are lloking for privacy and to do your own thing. If I ever come back to visit, staying at this cottage will be my first consideration for sure!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here. The proximity to all things Duval Street couldn’t be beat. We walked everywhere! Everything was clean and comfortable, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Property is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in old town. One street off Duval and very close to Sunset Pier. The house is charming and was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and has every amenity that we needed. Host is very attentive to detail and was always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Great Location, Free Parking, comfortable beds

This was the cutest cottage and AC was cranking. It was so hot when we went that the house was so refreshing to walk into. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Loved it!!

It's when something goes unexpectedly wrong that you get the true measure of how responsive the property manager is. Noticed on the first day that the air conditioning was not operating correctly. Contacted property manager by text, got immediate reply and a service contractor was there in 20 minutes, problem fixed in 40 minutes. Effective, efficient and excellent response. Couldn't ask for more.

This cottage is great. Its an old school cottage, so dont expect a new hotel room. The wood walls have miles on them, but everything its freshly painted and very clean. The furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms are good size and also perfect after a long day and night out. You can go across the street to Truman for a nice peaceful walk or go one block over for the music and fun. If you love Hanks and the Caroline area, you will not find a better location. We will definitely stay here when we come back.

Cute little cottage perfect for my wife and I. Location is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of old town , only a block from Duval and within a stone’s throw of several great places to get drinks or food. The home is older , but was clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to the owners for two small issues which were addressed very quickly.

This cottage was amazing for so many different reasons. Location, quiet, and detail to guests needs. Marcela was a great communicator. No need to communicate too much, everything worked great! We are returning next year!

We have stayed in this perfect little home for 3 years now. We absolutely love the comfort and cleanliness our hosts provide to make our stay in Key West most enjoyable. We love the location. We can easily walk to downtown and to the Pier as well as to many restaurants. Definitely the best of the best in every way!

This property is located right in the heart of Old Town and yet it is set back off the street and is very quiet at night! The fact that it has parking is a bonus! Our host and her mother were terrific and we had a great stay!

This cottage was clean and very comfortable. Seemed to be newly renovated throughout. The kitchen has all new appliances. The hosts provided full Xfinity cable to a very large and new Samsung TV as well as very fast X1 wifi. As other reviewers have noted, the cottage is convenient to everything you'll need including Fausto's Food Palace, a very well stocked grocery store, just 4 blocks away. Highly recommended.

You can walk all over Old Town from this location. Also the off street parking is great if you have a car…parking is difficult and costly. No need for a car. Host was available at all times.

The location was fantastic, but there was construction next-door and they broke the water supply line. Fiona had a plumber there within an hour and it was fixed within three they even gave me back $200 off my stay

Perfect spot for small group or couple to stay one block over from Duval St. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was as described. The home was clean and very comfortable. It was minimal in decoration, but again, very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well, which was most important for our mid-July trip. I could hear some music in the kitchen from the business behind the house, but it was never an issue in the morning or late evening. The beds were quite comfortable. I agree with other reviewers that the coffee provided was excellent. Location, Location, Location! It was very convenient for all we wanted to do in Old Town. It was 5-8 minute walk to Duvall Street, Mallory Square, and the Sailboat docks (Danger Co. Sunset Sail or Day Sail out to the mangrove keys!) and 10 10-minute walk to Hemingway House. The large parking area at the property was set back from the street and was a lifesaver. Finding an open Old Town parking space on the street would have been a hassle and expensive. Most Old Town-area VRBOs ask you to park on the street- major hassle! The property is set back from the road so it was quiet and you could fit two cars at the property if you needed. You do have to go outside to access the washer and dryer room, but it wasn't a problem. Furthermore, the hosts stocked detergent and dryer sheets and had 4 beach towels and some beach chairs for guest use stored in the laundry room as well. We did have one small plumbing issue with a leaky toilet valve, however one call to the host and it was fixed promptly and very politely. I would definitely stay again!
