We do have a man made beach area on the property. That area does not currently belong to the association. It is privately own, but due to the by-laws they must provide access to owners and guests of Kawama thus you do have an easement 12 feet to access the ocean. You can swim and snorkel on our ocean area as well as in our lagoon that is stocked with tropical fishes. Pending on the tide and current, one day we will have clear shore line area another day we will have seaweed accumulate on the shore.
