The bedrooms have Smart TV’s. The house is also equipped with three zones of SONOS.brbrThere are 5 patio’s. Each have lounge chairs for you to enjoy the views and breeze. There is a Weber Genesis on the patio off of the dining room. Propane is supplied directly from the house tank so you don’t have to worry about refilling tanks.brbrWe provide initial supplies of toilet paper, soaps, paper towels and coffee. We did our best to think of all of the kitchen supplies you could need. If for some reason you are missing something please let me know and hopefully I can get it shipped to you within a day or two.brbrThe garage has been converted to a game room with A/C. Currently there are 4 arcade games set up, 8 ft pool table, 65 TV & SONOS.brbrThere is a basketball hoop and .brbrWe provide 6 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, umbrella and a cooler.brbrThe pool has two lounge chairs that are on the landing of the pool and there is an umbrella in the shed that you can put in the landing area for shade.brbrThe pool heater is turned on and is set to 88 degrees year round. The actual pool temperature may vary depending on how hot or cold it is outside. The spa area is not a hot tub, it is the same temperature as the pool and has jets.brbrFire pit is located near the pool. Please be careful and don’t allow the fire to go beyond the pit area.brbrPlay set - this is new. We thought it would be a great addition for kids. After being in the sun all day we now realize the slide gets very hot.
