Ocean Front Condo on Hutchinson Island with Fantastic Beach Views and Access

Great host very responsive. Unbelievable spot and great weather this yr. Very comfy and well set up.

Condo was absolutely perfect. Very well stocked with everything you could need plus more. Extremely clean and very nice. Pool and grounds are well maintained. David was a great to deal with, and got back to me very quickly, you can tell he takes great pride in his place and his guests experience. We have stayed in other Condos in the area, and this was by far our favorite!! Will book again for sure!!

This condo is in a great location. The property is very nice. Ocean views are spectacular. Owner is easy to work with.Overall great month.

We loved the location and view of the ocean. The host was great. Had everything we needed and more. Would stay there again.

Very dated. Hvac very noisy and extremely dirty. Kitchen cabinets original and would not close properly. Dishwasher featured rusted-off tines. Microwave not fully operational. Internet reception spotty. Showers did not have safety grab bars. TV quit working the 2nd week and the owner told me to call the Geek Squad. We came home instead!

The Hannas are excellent hosts! They provided everything we needed and more to start our stay. A magnificent view of the ocean welcomed us each morning; we enjoyed a wide beach with rolling waves and a swim in the complex pool afterwards. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!

This condo is in great locstion,well kept and the host was great. David commicated throughput the stay and had things laid out well. Others in confo were friendly. Stored my bike across from apt. Fished from beach and visited many good restaurants. Fourth year renting different confos our favorite

We loved our stay at David’s condo! The location can’t be beat. We were so excited to see dolphins, a rocket launch, surfers and fishermen from the balcony. And of course, the sight and beautiful sound of the ocean waves. The apartment is well equipped with anything you could possibly need, lovely furniture and a super, comfortable bed. The building is well maintained as are the pools, which have plenty of loungers. The parking lot is gated and has little car washes for your use. (A nice feature to have when you are so close to the ocean.) David is a wonderful, kind and very helpful host and we don’t hesitate in recommending that you rent from him. Thank you very much, David!

Value for money, it has everything you need for your stay, you need nothing, the sea view is to die for and every morning for the month we were there sunrise with Pelicans diving for fish is outstanding, the beach in front of the Condo we’re almost empty because there private and there’s miles of them, I totally recommend it.
