We are .6 of a mile from public beach access which is an easy 15 minute stroll or 3 minute car/golfcart ride. The house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have King beds. The 3rd bedroom has two double beds big enough for 2 to a bed; one of the beds in the 3 bedroom has railing which could be perfect for a young child but still accommodating to an adult. The house comes with a 6 seater golfcart and access to the community pool. The back yard is perfect for entertaining with a fire pit with 4 chairs, gas grill, covered 2 -seater lounging space and a 6 person patio table with umbrella.
